Darsham House

The practice is currently working on Darsham House, a Grade II* listed building.  This building has been the subject of some un-welcome publicity, due to the fact that nine enforcement notices had been served because of contraventions of Listed Building legislation.  Fortunately our clients Glenn and Edgar, have not seen these facts as a hindrance and have embraced the full conservation and repair programme needed to return this building back to its former glory.  We have been working in conjunction with Philip Aitkens to help understand the significance of the interior and in particular some of the decoration schemes.

The Project has been shortlisted for an Award from The Georgian Society.

We are currently working with our clients to consider landscape proposals and how they should be implemented, together with works on the Coach House and new Suffolk framed barn,
