Great White Horse Hotel, Ipswich
The
Practice acted for Regent Inns Plc, as lead consultants and
conservation advisors on this Grade II* listed Hotel. The
ground floor was completely remodelled, with two redundant
shop units re-introduced into the body of the ground floor
public bar. Additional toilet and kitchen facilities were provided
to serve the new bar areas. A
new hotel entrance and reception area was provided, allowing
separate circulation for the hotel and the bar. Accommodation
circulation and fire precaution improvements were made on the
first and second floors.
